Each county in New Jersey is represented by at least one agency with which G&G does business, ensuring that G&G writes business with a geographically diverse population. G&G has committed and prided itself on its personalized service, for both its agency force and its insureds. This is most exemplified by its handling of renewal business; providing quotes before the expiration date; and writing policies before the inception date. G&G is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, coupled with superior technology infrastructure and a level of competence that is second to none. To learn more about G&G Underwriters, call (609) 219-9100 or click here.
Formerly Consolidated Insurance Agents, ANE is in the midst of expansion into states outside of New Jersey. The company was founded in 2009 with just seven members, but has since grown to have more than 40 independent insurance agencies in its membership. By partnering with existing carriers and companies, ANE is able to offer new products and services for its members, including, but not limited to, payroll services, workers’ compensation and a commercial general liability excess and surplus lines program. For a small administrative fee, members can have a stronger influence with carriers. To contact Agency Network Exchange, call (609) 923-5280 or click here. |

Getting involved ensures a bright future
PIANJ-YIP members like you are the future of the insurance industry. That is why it is crucial for you to get involved now in the processes that shape the industry’s future. What happens in the legislative arena affects every professional, independent insurance agent, whether they participate in it. We urge you to be active in shaping your future. Make your voice heard by donating to NJPIAPAC, our Political Action Committee. NJPIAPAC has advocated for and won many legislative victories for the industry, including the Certificates of Insurance Law and ensuring home contractors had proper insurance coverage in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. Your contribution will help this and future efforts, including reforming New Jersey’s duty of care for producers. You or your firm may make a donation to NJPIAPAC. When you make a donation, your name (or your firm’s name if a corporate donation) will appear in PIANJ publications to highlight your support, unless you choose to remain an anonymous donor. Please note: New Jersey law prohibits insurance carriers from making PAC contributions. Please consider supporting NJPIAPAC at any level of giving. Every dollar is vital in increasing our efforts to effect legislative change. Your generous donation will help to shape the future you want to live and work in, starting today. Support NJPIAPAC today here.
PIA is committed to meeting our members’ needs and to making sure that professional, independent agents are easily able to meet all their licensing and continuing-education requirements.
New two-year member option
Your NJYIP board of directors voted to implement a new two-year member option. This will enable us to maintain our current membership over a longer period of time, while reducing the amount of emails we send you. We’ll also save on paper by not having to send you paper bills. It’s a win-win for everyone. When it is time to renew your membership, go online and make sure that the two-year member option is checked off, or check the box for it on your paper bill and mail it back to us. It’s that easy.
Welcome PIAVT
Late in 2016, PIA of New Jersey welcomed Vermont into the PIA family. That state joins Connecticut, New Hampshire, New Jersey and New York, which are all managed out of PIA headquarters in Glenmont, N.Y. |
