Gov. Cuomo orders personal care facilities to close
Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo issued executive order 202.7, requiring the closure of all personal care businesses.
Effective Saturday, March 21, 2020, at 8 p.m., and until further notice, all barbershops, hair salons, tattoo or piercing parlors and related personal care services will be closed to members of the public. This also shall include nail technicians, cosmetologists and estheticians, and the provision of electrolysis, laser hair removal services. These facilities must close because the services they provide cannot be done while maintaining social distance.
