Shippee re-elected vice president of PIACT

HARTFORD, Conn.—Nathan Shippee of Bolton, Conn., was re-elected vice president of the Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut Inc., at the association’s Annual Convention, March 7-8, at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Conn.

Shippee is vice president of sales & marketing of Workers’ Compensation Trust in Wallingford, Conn.

In addition to vice president, Shippee serves as vice president of PIACT’s Legislative/Business Issues Committee and as a member of the Executive/Budget & Finance Committee. He also has served as PIACT’s representative for the Connecticut FAIR Plan.

PIACT is a trade association representing professional, independent insurance agencies and their employees throughout the state.
