Shippee elected vice president of PIACT

HARTFORD, Conn.—Nathan Shippee of Bolton, Conn., was elected vice president of the Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut Inc., at the association’s Annual Convention, March 9-10, at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Conn.

Shippee is vice president of sales & marketing of Workers’ Compensation Trust in Wallingford, Conn.

An active member of PIACT, Shippee serves as business issues chairperson of the association’s Legislative/Business Issues Committee and as chairperson of the Executive/Budget & Finance Committee. He also has served as PIACT’s representative for the Connecticut FAIR Plan.
