PIACT-YIP honors Kannengeiser with Director of the Year award

HARTFORD, Conn.—The Professional Insurance Agents’ Connecticut Young Insurance Professionals presented James Kannengeiser, of Shoff Darby Insurance in Trumbull, Conn., with the Young Insurance Professional Director of the Year award at the 6th annual Golden Gala.

This award is presented by CTYIP to honor the hard work and dedication of a member of the association’s board of directors who has contributed a great deal of time and talent to help support the association and its programs. CTYIP, an affiliate of PIACT, promotes the professional and personal growth of those new to the insurance field by providing education and networking opportunities.

“Jim personifies professionalism,” said Katie Bailey, CPIA, ACSR, CLCS, president of CTYIP. “By that measure, and by many others, he is deserving of this honor.”
