Such elements include updated technology, a redirection from stodgy speeches and the addition of an act by comedian Dave Reilly at the opening night banquet.
Agents will have ample opportunity to earn continuing-education credits as well. The event also will feature an expansive trade show; networking opportunities in addition to the opening banquet. Each will offer participants a chance to meet PIACTs new leadership and socialize with colleagues.
