Congress recesses without passing COVID-19 relief

The U.S. Senate did not pass the Paycheck Protection Program Small Business Forgiveness Act last week.

Additionally, both the U.S. House and Senate are now in recess, which means Congress is unlikely to pass legislation to provide additional relief to individuals or businesses suffering due to COVID-19 before the November elections.
