Ethics for You and Your Professional & Legal Responsibilities

Participants will be able to respond to questions concerning the Ethical Issues and Behaviors. The program will be based on Ethical Issues that face agents and agencies. Standards set in the agencies to ensure employees are trained. Examples will be discussed The course will discuss the consumer's perceptions of the activities and operation of insurance coverage.
