Mark is currently employed as a Commercial Underwriter & Marketing Representative with the Oswego County Mutual Insurance Company of Parish, NY. Mark received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1995 and obtained his Certificate of General Insurance in 1991. Mark continues to maintain a valid New York State insurance broker's license and has been an active instructor for CIC and CISR institutes since 2001. He is the Educational Consultant for CIC institutes conducted in New York and current resides in Hastings, NY.

John Dismukes has been involved in the insurance business since 1967. He has worked for an insurance company as a marketing representative, independent insurance agent, and served as Director of Education for the Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma from 1996 to July 2000. John received his CPCU designation in 1977, his AAI designation in 1984, and his CIC designation in 1994, and his AIS designation in 2000. He has served as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Greater Tulsa and President of the Northeastern Oklahoma Chapter of CPCU. John is a National Faculty member of The National Alliance and serves as Educational Consultant.John formed his own independent training and consulting firm in 1998, and now conducts educational seminars all over the United States. In addition, he provides consulting services, expert witness services, and insurance agency valuations to agencies and companies.
