Mark is currently employed as a Commercial Underwriter & Marketing Representative with the Oswego County Mutual Insurance Company of Parish, NY. Mark received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1995 and obtained his Certificate of General Insurance in 1991. Mark continues to maintain a valid New York State insurance broker's license and has been an active instructor for CIC and CISR institutes since 2001. He is the Educational Consultant for CIC institutes conducted in New York and current resides in Hastings, NY.

Elizabeth Rise began her insurance career in 1975 as an agent for the Burd and Rise Insurance Agency of Halstad, MN. Elizabeth and her husband, Harlan, owned and managed the agency until their retirement at the end of 2008. She is a member of the National Faculty of The National Alliance, instructing at numerous CIC institutes, CISR courses, and Dynamics of Service courses around the country. Elizabeth has served as president of the Board of Governors of the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Mayville State University, Mayville, ND. Liz received her CIC designation in 1977. Elizabeth and Harlan reside in Melbourne Beach, FL, and Miltona, MN. The couple has two daughters and Elizabeth is active in her church and community organizations.

Jerry owns and manages an agency in Grand Coulee, Washington. Jerry has long been an advocate of professional continuing education and is a National Faculty member and Educational Consultant for The National Alliance. He earned his CIC designation in 1983 and served as a member of the Board of Governors for the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) from 1995-2001.
