The Endurance Group

2:55–3:10 p.m.

The Endurance Group’s social capital platform, Commonality, can help those in an agency identify their fellow employees’ alma maters, former employers, and social organizations. It enables independent agencies the ability to find common connections with their prospects that will yield more meetings and more closed deals. The platform will gather similar information on their prospective clients and produce reports on the commonalities between agents and their prospects. For instance, it could report that one agent's top prospect went to the same university as a fellow agent. The two agents could then collaborate on the strategy to approach the prospect with the knowledge of the shared commonality. We have found that when an agent has a commonality with a prospect—the prospect is 30% to 50% more likely to be receptive to a meeting. Learn more.
