Gerald T Hargrove

Jerry Hargrove retired as president of Northside Insurance Services in December, 2003, after 36 years as an independent agent. He continues as CEO of Insurance Litigation Counselors, LLC, EdTrak™ Insurance Seminars, LLC and Bank Insurance Examiners, LLC, providing litigation support for errors and omissions defense, expert witness services, consulting in agency management, marketing, training, errors and omissions risk management and bank insurance portfolio audits.Jerry has been honored as Marketeer of the Year by IMMS and National Professional Agent of the Year by PIA. Jerry served as PIA National President in 1993.Driven to advance agents’ interests, Jerry is a strong advocate of continuing education. He is a CIC and has been a member of the National Faculty of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors since 1986. Jerry created the course work for Builders University, the training arm of Builders Mutual Insurance Company, and presents the seven seminar program leading to the Certified Builders Insurance Agent.A teacher and student, Jerry has Bachelor of Science degrees in business and criminal justice from Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from John Marshall University School of Law.Jerry spent thirteen years as a professional race boat driver, capturing two international and three national championships. The same energy and enthusiasm he applied to racing is evident in his passion for the American Agency System.Jerry spends his free time on the lake and experiencing his second childhood with his 10 grandchildren.

Thomas Sanders

CIC, CPIA

Tom Sanders has a background in the Insurance Industry that dates back to the late 1970's, where he started in production with a Life and Health Carrier in Iowa, soon after, he worked in training & marketing for the same carrier in Ohio and Michigan.In 1986 Tom purchased a Property and Casualty Agency to complement his Life, Health, and Group clients.In 1994 Tom began instructing for Ohio Insurance Agents as well as with The National Alliance. He was awarded the prestigious Jack V. Hedges Educator of the Year Award by the PIA of Ohio in 1999. He also serves on the National Faculty for CIC & CISR. Currently Tom is President of Sanders Insurance Services Inc. In 2016 Sanders Insurance merged their Property & Casualty book with another Agency in the County. Tom now focuses on Elder Care Planning using Life, LTC and Annuity products.

David W Henry

David focuses his practice on matters involving business and insurance disputes, employment claims, products and professional liability suits, and business torts for insurers and both public and privately held companies. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil and Appellate Mediator, he serves as a civil mediator for business litigation, construction defect claims, fiduciary liability, insurance coverage and personal injury claims. David represents a diverse range of clients in state and federal court, and his background in business litigation includes E&O and D&O litigation, homeowners association litigation (HOA), deceptive trade practice suits, copyright and trademark litigation, defamation and privacy claims. He is also experienced in employment disputes involving Title VII, ADEA, whistleblower suits and other workplace claims. Additionally, David has litigated coverage issues involving aviation, marine, construction and professional liability in state and federal courts. He has substantial experience in the defense of first and third party coverage litigation, including litigation flowing from Coblentz agreements in Florida. Among his many legal achievements, David is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, an association of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. In 2009 he was honored by the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) for his outstanding service to the OCBA Foreclosure Mediation Project.David is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell and he frequently speaks to lawyers and insurance professionals across the United States on issues relating to liability insurance, litigation management and effective mediation advocacy. He is a graduate of Emory University and received his juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Before entering law school, he was a Robert T. (Bobby) Jones Fellow to the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. He is admitted to practice in Florida as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
