In her role as associate counsel, Danielle N. Caswell, Esq., is responsible for creating and maintaining association reference resources, tracking and reporting on significant case law developments affecting members, reporting on legislative and regulatory issues, and writing articles for association publications. She also acts as a PIA resource for members by responding to inquiries submitted to the Industry Resource Center and providing contract reviews.

Prior to joining PIA, Danielle worked in New York City as an associate attorney at the firms Herbsman Hafer Weber and Frisch, LLP and Serling Rooks Hunter McKoy Worob & Averill LLP. Her practice focused primarily on intellectural property, entertainment, and privacy-related transactional and litigation matters. She earned her Bachelor's of Science degree from New York University in New York, N.Y., and her juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, N.Y.
