A block of rooms at the special conference rate will be available on Wednesday, 11/1 for exhibitors wishing to stay overnight. Contact the Renaissance Hotel reservation Dept. at (888) 236-2427; ask for the PIA room rate of $179 plus taxes, single or double occupancy. The room cut-off date is October 16, 2023.

Parking Arrangements

Renaissance Hotel guests

Discounted parking will be available at the Renaissance garage for all overnight hotel guests at $17 per night.

Commuter guests

For non-hotel guests, parking will be available at the Renaissance garage (67 Howard Street) for $6/hour or $25 for the day. If guests leave the parking lot at any time, they must re-pay the listed fee. The Albany Capital Center offers a discounted parking rate of $8 per car, for the day, for parking spots located within the Albany Capital Center (7 Wendell Street). These spots are on a first come first served basis and are shared with other events in the building. There are only 100 parking spaces available in this lot. Additional parking options are available in the MVP Arena garage located at 9 Wendell Street. Fees may apply.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ALLOWED IN THE ALBANY CAPITAL CENTER PARKING GARAGE.
