On Dec. 15, 2009, the PIANJ Women's Business Forum held a panel discussion titled Views From Beyond the Glass Ceiling. Kacy Campion Renna, CIC, President of Connelly Campion Wright, Donna Cunningham, CPIA, President of ADP /Statewide Insurance Agencies, Jeri Minter, Vice President of Marketing for New Jersey Skylands Insurance Company and Karen Murdock, Vice President of Marketing & Distribution for Palisades Safety & Insurance participated as panelists and Diane Fowler, Executive Director of PIA served as the moderator. Almost 50 attendees took part in an interactive discussion about women's issues in the workplace and shared their insights into the importance of women in the industry and the paths they have taken to become leaders.

This year, attendees embraced the holiday spirit by donating gift cards to the Family Reach Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial relief and heartfelt support to families fighting cancer—in particular families with a child or young adult who is being treated for pediatric or other type of cancer. The PIANJ Women's Business Forum thanks all who contributed to this significant charity.
