On Nov. 1, 2011, the PIANJ Women's Business Forum presented "Authentic Female Leadership" a program for professional women in the industry at the Bridgewater Marriott.
Sharon D'Agostino, vice president worldwide corporate contributions and community relations, Johnson & Johnson, facilitated the program. She explored the concept of succeeding without compromising leadership style. The interactive discussion highlighted the importance of "being who you are" as a female leader and provided actionable steps to success through guided exercises and shared insights.
PIANJ Women's Business Forum is designed to promote career and agency development for the state's female agency executives; foster relationships, both professional and personal; and create a comfortable environment in which participants can further develop existing business and leadership skills.
